Dortmund still have a chance of keeping Achraf Hakimi, says his agent

Staying at Borussia Dortmund is still an option for Real Madrid loanee Achraf Hakimi, claims his agent.
As things stand, Achraf Hakimi is due to return to Real Madrid when his two-year loan spell at Borussia Dortmund comes to an end in the summer.

But Hakimi's agent, Alejandro Camano, says there is still a chance that the right-back could stay at Dortmund, who have expressed interest in keeping him.

"Achraf is the world's best right-back together with Trent Alexander-Arnold. All the big teams in Europe want him, and that includes Real Madrid, of course. But BVB are still an option for us. At the moment, we're just waiting," Camano told Sky.

According to Sky, Hakimi's future largely depends on whether Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane would be able to offer the 21-year-old regular first-team football in case he returns to the Spanish capital.

Hakimi has scored 10 goals and made 17 assists in 65 games for Dortmund after moving to Germany on loan in the summer of 2018.
