Werder Bremen coach Florian Kohfeldt admitted his team 'fully deserved' their 0-2 loss at home to Union Berlin in the Bundesliga on Saturday.

“We were too passive, especially in the duels, and we were second two every loose ball," Kohfeldt told reporters after the game.

"We weren't able to play the way we wanted to. You won't win any games playing like that, especially against a team like Union Berlin.

"It was just a bad performance all round from us. We fully deserved to lose.”
