Liverpool are keeping tabs on Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus, according to Sport1.

Per the German media outlet, 'The Reds' have already held initial talks over a move for the 24-year-old midfielder.

Bayern are also said to be keen on Neuhaus, who recently addressed speculation over his future, telling Sport1:

“I am not committed. I am a person who likes to dare something. I could very well imagine going abroad. I don't necessarily have to go to Bayern München.

"But I don't necessarily have to leave either, because I'm currently feeling very much at home at Borussia Mönchengladbach."

Neuhaus' contract at Borussia-Park expires in 2024.
