Sky Germany understands that there is been a change of plans at FC Bayern Munich where Kim Min-Jae is no longer a candidate for sale.

Accordingly, the only exception to that rule would be an extraordinary offer comes in that Kim himself wants to accept.

As things stand, the reigning Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal champions want to keep the South Korean and are planning with him next season.

As previously reported, Kim himself was also not planning to leave Bayern this summer and is eager to fight for his place.

The central defender, who featured in all three of South Korea's 2026 World Cup group games, is contracted with Bayern until 2028.

Last season, the 29-year-old made just 32 appearances in all competitions for the Bavarians, often as a second-half substitute.
