RB Leipzig have announced that Domenico Tedesco will replace the recently sacked Jesse Marsch as head coach.

The former Schalke 04 and Spartak Moscow coach has signed a contract until the summer of 2023.

Tedesco will be officially presented at a press conference later today and will be in the dugout for Leipzig's upcoming Bundesliga clash with Gladbach on Saturday.

Andreas Hinkel and Max Urwantschky will be joining as Tedesco's assistants while recent interim coach Achim Beierlorzer, who was an assistant under Marsch, will leave the club.
