19-year-old Alexander Isak has played no role under Borussia Dortmund coach Lucien Favre so far this and could potentially leave the club in January.

Now, the striker is being linked with a move back to Sweden and AIK - the club he was signed from in January 2017.

According to Swedish media outlet FotbollDirekt, AIK are interested in taking Isak back on loan and are currently in talks with the youngster about a possible comeback.

Apparently, AIK's inquiries have been greeted well by Isak and his representatives. In addition to that, Borussia Dortmund and Lucien Favre are said to be open to loaning out Isak.

Isak, who was present when AIK celebrated winning the championship on Sunday, scored 13 goals in 29 appearances for the Swedish club before he was sold to Dortmund for €8,6 million in January 2017.

This season, the striker has netted five times in nine games for Dortmund's reserve team in the Regionalliga.
