Muscle fiber tear to sideline Reus for rest of international break

The German F.A. has confirmed that a torn muscle fiber will likely sideline Marco Reus for the remaining two Nations League fixtures.
After an infection caused him to miss the first two fixtures of the German National Team's current UEFA Nations League round, a muscle fiber tear sustained in training will likely keep the BVB captain out of the remaining two fixtures against Hungary and the June 14th re-match with Italy.

The German FA confirmed this news late Wednesday evening. Though Reus will remain with the DFB team to rehab the injury, it appears as if German football's hard-luck representative (Reus missed out on the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Euros with injury) will have to wait until September to represent the country again.
