Bayern Munich will take on Mainz on Saturday with an unchanged squad from Tuesday's 5-1 Champions League win over Shakhtar Donetsk, head coach Vincent Kompany revealed on Friday.

“We've come through things quite well. Harry Kane isn't back yet for this game. The others aren't either. The guys who played on Tuesday are available," he said.

Looking ahead to the final game of the year against RB Leipzig next week, Kompany is hopeful that both Harry Kane and Alphonso Davies will be able to return.

“It's actually gone quickly and well for Harry. It was tight for this game. Things look good for Leipzig," said Kompany.

“Things also look good for Alphonso Davies," he added.

In addition to Davies and Kane, Bayern will be without Kingsley Coman (hamstring), Serge Gnabry (knee), Hiroki Ito (foot), Manuel Neuer (ribs), Joao Palhinha (groin), Josip Stanišić (knee) and Sven Ulreich (personal reasons) against Mainz.
