Willi Orban's "Team Up for Ukraine Emergency Response" program helps integrate young refugees into new countries through the help of partner non-profit organizations. In turn, the center-back has invited several Ukrainian refugees to come watch Leipzig play in Warsaw on Wednesday night.

Teammate Xaver Schlager is also a part of the program in which Orban donates some of his salary to. The defender commented:

"With the 'Team Up For Ukraine' initiative, we want to make a small contribution and make the best possible use of the integrative power of football to strengthen social cohesion in Europe."

Adding, "It should therefore go without saying that they should be helped to move to neighboring European countries such as Poland, Hungary or Romania, or build a new life here in Germany."
