Kane opens up on differences between Bundesliga and Premier League

Having now played half a season in Germany, Harry Kane has spoken about the differences between playing in the Premier League and the Bundesliga.
After a successful stint in the Premier League, Harry Kane left Tottenham for Bayern Munich in the summer to embark on his first adventure outside of England.

Kane has now spent around six months in Germany and things could hardly have gone better for the England captain, who has found the back of the net 22 times in just 16 Bundesliga appearances.

In a lengthy interview in Monday's edition of Kicker, Kane spoke about the differences between playing in the Premier League and the Bundesliga.

"In the Bundesliga more teams try to play out from the back, more teams press and sometimes even play man against man," Kane said, adding:

"Therefore, the spaces are a bit bigger, which we can take advantage of by bringing pace into our game. In the Premier League there's probably a bit more structure - a few more teams defend in block.

"Regarding the atmosphere, it's fantastic in Germany - completely different to the Premier League."
