Ajax coach Erik ten Hag says he would think about it if Bayern München came knocking for him.

The 49-year-old coached Bayern's reserves from 2013 to 2015 and refuses to rule out that he could return in the future.

"I won't rule out anything," ten Hag told Kicker and added:

"But I'm almost 50 and not a dreamer. Either it's coming or it's not coming. I'm totally satisfied and happy with Ajax, even though I know that I won't be a coach here for 10 years. The day comes when we will say goodbye."

Ten Hag was appointed Ajax coach in December 2017, and his contract expires in 2022.

Niko Kovac, who has worked as Bayern coach since 2018, is under contract with the Bavarians until 2021.
