Confirmed: Fredi Bobic to leave Eintracht Frankfurt this summer
Insiders at German footballing magazine Kicker confirm that Eintracht Sporting CEO Fredi Bobic has taped an interview in which he announced his departure from the SGE.
An interview to be aired in a few short hours, Fredi Bobic will announce that he is leaving the club for which he has worked since 2016. Kicker journalists, at this time, do not disclose whether a move to Hertha BSC has been completed. It is nevertheless strongly assumed that Bobic will soon sign on in the city of his residence.
A spate of editorials appearing in the German news media on Tuesday called upon Bobic to make his decision public. The interview will be broadcast on ARD's "Sportschau Thema" on Tuesday evening.
