Stefan Ortega casts doubt on Bielefeld future amid Bayern links
Arminia Bielefeld goalkeeper Stefan Ortega has addressed speculation about his future.
Stefan Ortega has cast doubt on his future at Arminia Bielefeld future following his impressive 2020/21 campaign.
With just one year left on his Bielefeld contract, the 28-year-old goalkeeper has been linked with Bayern München among others.
When asked about his future by Sport1, Ortega refused to rule out anything.
"In terms of inquiries, we want to go through everything that comes our way. It also depends on Arminia's plans. Maybe they have something different in mind," said the German goalkeeper.
Ortega came through the youth ranks at Bielefeld before moving on to 1860 München in 2014. After three seasons in Munich, he returned to 'Die Arminen' in 2017.
In total, he has made 185 appearances for Bielefeld.
