RB Salzburg centre-back Oumar Solet is set to join TSG Hoffenheim, according to Sky Germany.

A flight and medical have been booked for the 24-year-old after Hoffenheim and Salzburg agreed on a €6.5-7 million fee.

Solet is said to be ready to sign a long-term contract with the Bundesliga side to strengthen their central defense.

Hoffenheim have only brought in one new player so far this summer, right-back Alexander Prass from Sturm Graz.

On the outgoing side, Maximilian Beier is said to be close to joining Borussia Dortmund.
