SSC Napoli are looking into the possibility of bringing Emre Can to Italy, according to Bild.
The Serie A giants tried to sign the 30-year-old Borussia Dortmund captain in the winter, but a transfer did not materialize at that time.
However, Dortmund are said to be ready to sell now, and an offer in the region of €10-15 million could be enough to prize Can away from the Signal Iduna Park.
Can's role as Dortmund's captain has raised doubts among some fans, and with the club reportedly close to signing Brighton & Hove Albion's Pascal Gross, competition for places in the middle of the park is set to intensify.
The 30-year-old is no stranger to the Serie A, having played for Juventus between 2018 and 2020.
He made 38 appearances for Dortmund in the 2023/24 season, racking up two goals and two assists.
Can was not initially included in Germany's Euro 2024 squad, but was called up when Aleksandar Pavlovic was forced to withdraw due to illness.
