Report: Pavlovic to miss Bayern's clash with Stuttgart

When Bayern Munich face VfB Stuttgart in the Bundesliga on Friday night, it will be without Aleksandar Pavlovic.

That's according to Munich-based publication TZ, who reports that the central midfielder will miss the game due to a cold.

Pavlovic's absence adds to Bayern's concerns in central midfield, with Joshua Kimmich also set to miss the game with tendonitis.

Konrad Laimer could replace Pavlovic and partner Leon Goretzka in in the middle of the park, although he's usually deployed at right-back for Bayern.

Joao Palhinha, who hasn't played since fighting his way back from illness, is another option.
