Marius Wolf has told Transfermarkt.de that he never considered leaving Borussia Dortmund during the summer transfer window.

"Honestly, when I came back in the summer, I didn't even think about leaving," said Wolf, who returned from a loan spell at FC Köln.

"I clearly wanted to be part of the preparations for the new season."

The 26-year-old has been limited to just 28 appearances for BVB following his move from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2018.

His contract still runs for three years.
