Jonas Hofmann was 'annoyed' after Gladbach's disappointing 1-0 loss to Hertha BSC.

"This defeat really annoys me. We played a good away game in the first half. As in the past three Bundesliga games, we were very dominant and had two or three good chances. But if you want to play for the international places, you can't concede a goal from your opponent's first shot. Despite our superiority, we then had to chase a deficit again," Hofmann said after Saturday's loss and continued:
"In the second half, it was a very tense game, there were many fouls and interruptions. As a result, there was no real flow to the game. If your combination play doesn't work, you have to come up with other solutions. But unfortunately we didn't manage to do that - and that's why we lost the game in the end."
Hofmann and Gladbach are 12th in the Bundesliga following today's loss.
