A highly anticipated sporting arrival is, according to Sport Bild, not yet in Germany for a reason. Eighteen-year-old attacking midfielder Caden Clark was officially acquired by RB Leipzig in June before being immediately loaned back out to the New York feeder club. Germany's main sporting tabloid claims that the German Red Bulls are content to loan the youngster back out to the MLS side on loan.

The Minnesota native still hasn't appeared for the Bundesliga club with which he signed a contract through 2024 last summer. No information has emerged yet concerning why die Roten Bullen have opted to defer. The decision counts as surprising one. Many expected Clark to join compatriot and USMNT captain Tyler Adams in Saxony. Sport Bild does claim that the duration of the new loan will be six months.
