RB Leipzig are ready to offer Christopher Nkunku a lucrative new deal to fend off interest from some of Europe's biggest clubs.

According to Bild, Leipzig are willing to offer Nkunku a new deal worth €7 million per season – more than twice as much as his current annual salary of €3 million.

The new deal could include an exit clause that would make it possible for the Frenchman to leave the club at a later time.

Nkunku has been in fantastic form this season, racking up 26 goals and 15 assists in 39 games for RB Leipzig.

Bayern München are said to be among the clubs interested in the 24-year-old, whose current deal expires in 2024.
