Report: Dortmund keen on Schlager and Laimer
Sport1 claims that Borussia Dortmund are monitoring Xaver Schlager and Konrad Laiernd
Borussia Dortmund are interested in Wolfsburg's Xaver Schlager and RB Leipzig's Konrad Laimer, according to Sport1.
The German media outlet claims that Dortmund coach Marco Rose is a fan of the two midfielders, who are out of contract in 2023.
Reports that Dortmund are keen on FC Köln's Ellyes Skhiri and Florian Grillitsch, however, are not true, per the report.
'Die Schwarzgelben' could face heavy competition for Laimer in particular, with clubs from England also said to be keen on the Leipzig midfielder.
Bild has previously claimed that the Austrian international is planning to hold talks with Leipzig about his future at the end of the season.
