Hertha release Ascacibar for transfer talks

Santiago Ascacibar has left Hertha's training camp, with reports claiming that he is poised to join US Cremonese.

Hertha BSC have announced that Santiago Ascacibar has left the club's training camp in England.

The Argentine midfielder is set to hold talks with another club.

According to reports, Ascacibar is set to sign for newly-promoted Serie A side US Cremonese.

Earlier this summer, he expressed desire to leave Hertha.
