Spanish sports daily "Marca" reports that, in something of a surprise move, Bayer 04 Leverkusen are preparing to ship teenage talent Iker Bravo Solanilla out on an extended loan.

Leverkusen trainer Gerardo Seoane has seemingly never missed an opportunity to praise 17-year-old Spanish talent Iker Bravo. According to a report appearing today in Spain's "Marca", there's a different set of problems brewing behind the scenes. The report claims that the teenage phenom has had a falling out with a German host family, allegedly trashed a hotel room, and been involved in some training ground scuffles.

Bayer head-of-youth development Thomas Eichin did recently categorize Bravo as "an emotional Spaniard". These are the only words emanating from the B04 camp that might suggest the reports are true. Head-coach Seoane, speaking to Germany's main sporting tabloid recently, praised the youngster's work in training camp and hinted that he might be given a full-time roster spot.

Irrespective of whether or not individual aspects of the report are half-truths or exaggerations, the transfer about to take place would make sense in the context of internal problems. "Marca" states that die Werkself will loan the talent out to Atletico for two years. Bravo is presumably slated to work with Atletica's B-squad until further notice.
