Here are 10 players you should consider bringing into your Fantasy Bundesliga team for Matchday 4.
In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we will not be focusing on the most obvious picks such as Alphonso Davies, Christopher Nkunku and Sadio Mané.
Instead, we will highlight players with a maximum ownership percentage of 15%, who could offer great value as differentials for Matchday 4.
Mitchell Weiser, Werder Bremen (Defender, 3.4M, 5%)
If you chose to take Weiser out of your team because of his seemingly difficult match-up against Borussia Dortmund last week, it probably hurt a bit to see the former Bayern and Hertha player set up an injury-time goal and win 12 points. In any case, if you don't already own the criminally underpriced wing-back, it's certainly a good time to pick him up, with Werder facing Eintracht Frankfurt, Bochum and Augsburg in their next three games. Bremen-based publication Deichstube has reported this morning that Weiser had to exit training early today. Although it didn't look like a serious injury, it's probably a good idea to check up on Weiser before the deadline if you're planning to bring him in.
Kiliann Sildillia, Freiburg (Defender, 3.6M, 13%)
With a price of 3.6 million, Sildillia is another cheap defender worth bringing into your squad, as Freiburg prepare to face bottom-placed Bochum in a Friday night stand-alone fixture at home.
Jonas Hector, FC Köln (Defender, 9.9M, 11%)
Hector has turned into a real points machine after being moved from midfield to defence in the game, having picked up 39 points after three matches. In addition to being a consistent source of points, the Köln captain provides great flexibility this week, with Köln taking on winless Stuttgart at home in the early Sunday game.
Raphael Guerreiro, Borussia Dortmund (Defender, 12.5M, 13%)
Despite getting on the scoresheet against Werder Bremen last week, Guerreiro ended with just six points after BVB conceded three late goals and lost the game 2-3. 'Die Schwarzgelben' will now be determined to return to winning ways against winless Hertha, with the skilled Portuguese international tipped to play in a more attacking wing-back role this time.
Matthias Olesen, FC Köln (Midfielder, 1M, 1%)
FC Köln coach Steffen Baumgart has praised Olesen, calling the 21-year-old's development "outstanding". Costing 1 million, the central midfielder made his first start last week and could stay in the line-up, with Mark Uth set to remain out for 3-4 weeks.
Ritsu Doan, Freiburg (Midfielder, 8.4M, 6%)
Doan is a great alternative to his more popular and expensive teammate Vincenzo Grifo, with Freiburg taking on a Bochum side coming off a 0-7 defeat against Bayern.
Christoph Baumgartner, Hoffenheim (Midfielder, 11.5M, 3%)
Having scored in each of his last two games, Baumgartner is one of the most intriguing options in midfield this week, with Hoffenheim welcoming Augsburg to Rhein-Neckar-Arena on Saturday.
Niclas Füllkrug, Werder Bremen (Striker, 5.5M, 2%)
After their impressive comeback win over Borussia Dortmund, Werder now have one of the most attractive schedules in the league, facing Eintracht Frankfurt, Bochum and Augsburg in their next three games. Costing just 5.5 million, Füllkrug is Werder's most dangerous player, having already found the net two times this season.
Jordan Siebatcheu, Union Berlin (7.5M, 4%)
Siebatcheu has certainly hit the ground running after his move to Germany from Young Boys, racking up three goals and an assist in four games in all competitions for Union Berlin so far. Coming off a highly impressive 2-1 win over RB Leipzig, Siebatcheu and Union now have a much easier match-up against Schalke coming up before they face Bayern next week.
Georginio Rutter, Hoffenheim (Striker, 10.2M, 1%)
Coming off a breakthrough 2021/22 campaign that saw him rack up eight goals and four assists in the Bundesliga, Rutter found the net for the first time this season against Bayer Leverkusen, smashing the ball into the top corner. Owned by just 1 percent, he could be one of the best differentials this week, with Hoffenheim facing an Augsburg side, who have conceded seven goals in their first three league games.
