Gladbach defender released for transfer talks

Jordan Beyer is absent from Gladbach training today, as he's in talks with other clubs.
Borussia Mönchengladbach defender Jordan Beyer has been released from training to negotiate with other clubs.

Beyer was linked with Eintracht Frankfurt yesterday, but Bild reports today that his proposed move to Deutsche Park Bank has collapsed.

With just around six hours to go before the German transfer window closes, it's currently unclear where the 22-year-old defender will go instead.

Beyer, who is under contract with Gladbach until 2026, is yet to feature for the club under Daniel Farke.
