Terzic on Dortmund's title push: "We're not done yet"

Borussia Dortmund may be top of the table, but they still have to finish the job next weekend, warns head coach Edin Terzic.
Borussia Dortmund coach Edin Terzic was understandably delighted after a 3-0 win over Augsburg tonight put his side top of the Bundesliga with just one game remaining.

That means Dortmund can clinch the title next week with a win over Mainz, but Terzic is wary that the job isn't over yet.

"We are happy to be in this situation. We are closer than we have been in a long time. We've suffered a lot, we've sweated a lot. Now it's about rewarding that and taking the final step together with our fans in our stadium to bring the championship trophy back to Dortmund," Terzic told DAZN after tonight's win over Augsburg.

"There is still this one step that we want to take together. After that, we'll allow ourselves all the emotions, whether it's pride or euphoria. We're not done yet.

"In seven days the season will be over. Then the guys - who all make good money - can buy whatever they want. The next car, the next house, the next vacation - but you can't buy moments like this. We have to take the final step and bring the championship trophy home to Dortmund."

Dortmund sit two points above Bayern Munich, who play FC Köln next week.
