Bayern boss rules out move for Kane, calls Osimhen "unaffordable", praises Muani

Bayern Munich boss Uli Hoeness has commented on the possibility of Harry Kane, Victor Osimhen or Kolo Muani joining the club.
Bayern Munich supervisory board member Uli Hoeness has made it clear that the club will not make a move for Harry Kane.

Asked if the Bavarians could sign the Tottenham striker this summer, Hoeness told SZ:

"No. But it's clear that we are looking for a number 9. A number 9 is essential in football."

Hoeness also gave his assessment of two of the other strikers Bayern have been linked with: Eintracht Frankfurt's Randal Kolo Muani and Napoli's Victor Osimhen.

He found praise for both players, but practically ruled out a transfer for Osimhen due to his price tag.

"[Muani] is a very good player. But I don't want to go into details. I also think Victor Osimhen from Napoli is good - but in my opinion he is completely unaffordable."
