Report: Two Bundesliga clubs scout young African striker
Footballing journalist Ed Aarons of "The Guardian" reports that two Bundesliga sides are keeping tabs on a rising Gambian youth international.
After scoring a brace at the FIFA U20 World Cup, European interest in center forward Adama Bojang of the Gambian national U20s is reportedly growing. The 19-year-old striker popped up on the radar of a few European sides after scoring a hat trick for his country in the recent Africa U20 continental championship. Now, according to journalist Ed Aarons, at least two Bundesliga sides are interested.
Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig, per Aarons, join at least four EPL sides in actively scouting the young "Scorpion". Leipzig could also, according to some German rumor mills, be working in connection with sister-club RB Salzburg to bring the 19-year-old into the Red Bull sphere-of-influence. Aarons writes that the youngster's current domestic club seeks a transfer fee of around €3 million.
