According to Fabrizio Romano, 'The Reds' have made an offer for the Stuttgart captain.
Per the Italian transfer market insider, the 30-year-old is keen to make the switch to Liverpool, with a deal expected to be agreed shortly.
The central midfielder has played 133 games for Stuttgart, racking up 15 goals and 12 assists.
