RB Leipzig boss: 'We're playing the most attractive football in the history of the club'
RB Leipzig have never been better than they are now, says club boss Oliver Mintzlaff.
RB Leipzig are playing better football than ever before this season, says club boss Oliver Mintzlaff.
'Die Roten Bullen' are sitting third in the Bundesliga table and reached the DFB-Pokal final on Tuesday as they beat Hamburger SV 3-1 in the semi-final.
Mintzlaff is very impressed with the team's performances this season - and with the progress of the club that has only existed in 10 years.
"The team structure has never been so good and mature - and we're playing the most attractive football in the history of the club. The boys are all extremely hungry for success," Mintzlaff told Sportbuzzer.
"The club is just 10 years old. We're playing our third season in the Bundesliga, are almost certain to qualify for the Champions League and now have a chance of winning a title in Berlin. We want to clinch it now," he said.
RB Leipzig have won their last five Bundesliga games ahead of Saturday's meeting with SC Freiburg at Red Bull Arena.
