Report: Juventus are interested in Werder's Jiri Pavlenka

Werder Bremen's Jiri Pavlenka has reportedly attracted interest from Juventus.

Juventus are interested in signing Werder Bremen goalkeeper Jiri Pavlenka, according to Sport Bild.

However, Werder Bremen sporting director Frank Baumann claims he isn't familiar with the reported interest from the Serie A champions.

"Jiri Pavlenka player a great season and confirmed his first, strong year with us. Therefore, it's only logical that there's interest from other clubs," Baumann told Sport Bild and added:

"We know nothing about the interest from Juventus and are totally relaxed. Jiri feels very comfortable in Bremen."

Werder Bremen paid €3 million to sign the 27-year-old from SK Slavia Prague in 2017. His contract runs until 2021.
