Germany climb two places in FIFA's world rankings

Germany's recent wins over Belarus (2-0) and Estonia (8-0) have taken them two spots forward to 11th place in FIFA's world rankings. Meanwhile, Belgium are still top of the rankings in front of France and Brazil.
