Fiete Arp still believes he made the right choice when he joined Bayern München from Hamburger SV last summer.

Asked if regrets his decision, Arp told Sport1:

"Definitely not. You have the best conditions as a professional footballer at FC Bayern, and as an injured player, you wouldn't feel in as good hands as you do here anywhere else in the world."

The 19-year-old is happy to be back in training after spending most of the first half of the season on the sidelines with hand and arm problems.

"Nobody could have guessed that I would injure my arm for the second time. That was just plain bad luck. As a footballer, there's always a risk of injury. But now this phase is over, and I can start again," Arp said.

The young striker is yet to make his first-team debut for Bayern.
