André Silva has expressed interest in turning his loan deal with Eintracht Frankfurt into a permanent one.

The Portuguese international, who joined 'Die Adler' on a two-year loan deal from AC Milan last summer, told Bild:

"The people at the club trust me a lot, and I like the city, the fans and the Bundesliga. So there are many reasons to stay."

The interest is said to be mutual, with Frankfurt boss Fredi Bobic understood to have opened talks with AC Milan about the possibility of signing the striker on a permanent deal.

Silva has made 26 appearances for the German club so far, racking up eight goals and four assists.
