"Things are bit tight in midfield," Bayern München coach Hansi Flick admitted at the pre-match press conference, revealing that in addition to the long-term injured Joshua Kimmich, the French central midfielder is out as well.
"He picked up a muscle injury while on international duty. He's out tomorrow, and we need to wait and see if he will be available on Wednesday."
With Kimmich and Tolisso both sidelined, Javi Martinez or Marc Roca could play alongside Leon Goretzka in the middle of the park.
"I have a few thoughts [on who will play], but I won't reveal anything now," said Flick.
