Rose promises squad rotations ahead of Dortmund, Sippel to start in goal again
Ahead of Tuesday's massive clash, Borussia Mönchengladbach head-coach Marco Rose, unsurprisingly, found himself in no mood to discuss his impending move to the club his current side faces tomorrow in the DFB-Pokal quarterfinal.
The 44-year-old did divulge some useful squad information at his Monday presser.
One could anticipate the questions long before Marco Rose sat before the assembled media on Monday afternoon. Dortmund's future trainer had his deflections well prepared. Rose insisted that he fell "no extra pressure" heading into his team's next fixture and repeatedly insisted "it's about Borussia Mönchengladbach right now."

He nevertheless declined to commit to the 28-year-old being immediately reinserted into the starting XI ahead of this weekend's replacement Louis Jordan Beyer. Rose also declined to say where or even if Oscar Wendt would play, but did confirm that the versatile Tony Jantschke would be unavailable.
One certainly regards his goalkeeper. Rose reported that he would rest #1 Yann Sommer and continue to trust Tobias Sippel as his "cup keeper". The former 1. FC Kaiserslautern man has started all three rounds for the foals this year and recorded two clean sheets. Gladbach's trainer, seemingly undeterred by criticisms from his fanbase, promised further rotations.
Rose's BMG lit up Dortmund with a convincing 4-2 win the last time the two teams met in the league. Since then, the foals are winless in six league fixtures. Gladbach only managed to beat VfB Stuttgart in the previous Pokal round. Asked about his team's recent form, Rose said that the "bottom has fallen out" and vowed to "restore the flow."
Rose concluded the press conference by expressing the hope that he could leave Gladbach on the best possible terms; having won the country's domestic cup.
