RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann has expressed desire to join Bayern München at the end of the season, according to various reports.

Both Kicker and Süddeutsche Zeitung are reporting that the 33-year-old wants to prematurely terminate his RB Leipzig contract, which runs until 2023.

According to Kicker, RB Leipzig are demanding a transfer fee of €25 million for Nagelsmann, who already agreed personal terms with Bayern, as per Bild.

The highly-rated coach has been heavily linked with the Bavarians since earlier this month when Bayern coach Hansi Flick confirmed that he wishes to leave Allianz Arena this summer.

Nagelsmann joined RB Leipzig from Hoffenheim in 2019. In his first season at Red Bull Arena, he guided the club to a third-place finish in the Bundesliga and reached the semi-finals of the Champions League.
