Report: Gerardo Seoane to be appointed new Leverkusen coach

Gerardo Seoane is reportedly set to take over as Bayer Leverkusen coach this summer.

Bayer Leverkusen are understood to have found their new head coach.

According to Sport1, 'Die Werkself' have reached an agreement with Gerardo Seoane, the current coach of Swiss side Young Boys.

The 42-year-old's appointment is expected to be officially announced on Wednesday.

Hannes Wolf, the man currently in charge, took over on an interim basis until the end of the season after Peter Bosz was relieved of his duties in March.

Leverkusen sit sixth in the Bundesliga with one game left to play this season.
