Mainz midfielder Pierre Kunde Malong poised to complete Olympiacos switch
Mainz midfielder Pierre Kunde Malong is expected to complete his switch to Olympiacos today.
Pierre Kunde Malong is set to leave Mainz for Greek champions Olympiacos, according to Bild.
Per Bild, Kunde is expected to sign a three-year deal with Olympiacos after undergoing a medical today.
The Greek side will reportedly be paying a little less than €2 million for the 25-year-old, whose contract with Mainz expires in 2022.
Mainz paid €7.5 million to sign Kunde Malong from Atlético Madrid in 2018. Last season, he was limited to just 11 appearances for the Bundesliga side.
