Bayern München have decided they want to keep Niklas Süle, according to a report from Sport1.

Süle's future has been up in the air for the past months, but Bayern are apparently now looking into the possibility of extending the centre-back's contract, which expires next summer.

After having struggled to nail down a starting place under Hansi Flick, the 25-year-old has started both of Bayern's games since Julian Nagelsmann has taken the reins as coach.

The German international worked with Nagelsmann at Hoffenheim before making the switch to Bayern for €20 million in 2017.
