Matchday 6 – team of the week (4-2-2-2):

Goalkeeper: Thomas Kraft, Hertha BSC
Got the chance instead of the injured Rune Jarstein and did well to keep a clean sheet in the 2-0 win over Bayern München.

Right-back: Valentino Lazaro, Hertha BSC (2)
Solid defensively and also contributed a lot to Hertha's offense in the 2-0 win in which he made an assist.

Centre-back: Niklas Stark, Hertha BSC (2)
The leader of Hertha's back four delivered another strong performance. Calm, solid and took a lot of responsibility.

Centre-back: Salif Sané, Schalke 04
Won a lot of duels and committed very few fouls at the same time. In addition to that, he was an offensive threat and could have had a penalty.

Left-back: Maximilian Mittelstädt, Hertha BSC
Solid and reliable at the left-back position in Hertha's 2-0 win over Bayern München.

Central midfielder: Jonathan de Guzman, Eintracht Frankfurt
Pulled the strings for Eintracht Frankfurt in the 4-1 win over Hannover 96. Made it 3-1 and later cleverly set-up Luka Jovic's 4-1 goal.

Central midfielder: Hanno Behrens, FC Nürnberg
Scored his first Bundesliga goal as he sent Nürnberg ahead from the penalty spot. Also started the build-up to Nürnberg's 2-0 goal with a great long ball.

Offensive midfielder: Ondrej Duda, Hertha BSC (2)
The midfielder is in outstanding form. Delivered an overall strong performance in the 2-0 win over Bayern München in which he scored his fifth goal of the season.

Offensive midfielder: Marco Reus, Borussia Dortmund (2)
Had four shots on goal and was involved in almost all Borussia Dortmund's chances in the magnificent comeback against Bayer Leverkusen. Scored the equaliser himself.

Striker: Alfred Finnbogason, FC Augsburg
Finnbogason just loves scoring at home against Freiburg! After returning from injury, the Icelandic international bagged a hattrick in the 4-1 win - just as he did when Augsburg drew 3-3 with Freiburg at the WWK Arena last season.

Striker: Yussuf Poulsen, RB Leipzig
Scored both RB Leipzig's goals in the 2-1 win over Hoffenheim. Could have scored a third goal, but was unlucky to see a shot smash into the post.
