Hernandez underwent surgery on his meniscus at the beginning of July and has missed Bayern's first three games of the season.
In addition to Hernandez, Kingsley Coman has also resumed team training today after missing out on Sunday's 3-2 win over FC Köln, Bild reports.
In their next game, Bayern face fifth-tier side Bremer SV in the first round of the DFB-Pokal tomorrow.
