Several reports: Goretzka left out of German squad for Euros

Leon Goretzka will not be called up to represent Germany in the European Championship, according to Bild and Sky Germany.

After being snubbed for Germany's matches in March, Leon Goretzka has been trying his best to earn a spot in Julian Nagelsmann's squad for the European Championship.

However, both Bild and Sky Germany report that the 29-year-old will not be part of the squad that will be announced on Thursday.

Two other central midfielders, Toni Kroos and Goretzka's Bayern teammate Aleksandar Pavlovic, have already had their places in the squad officially confirmed.

Nico Schlotterbeck, Jonathan Tah, Manuel Neuer, Niclas Füllkrug, Chris Führich and Robin Koch have also had their spots announced, with the German Football Association leaking one player at a time in cooperation with various partners ahead of Thursday's full roster announcement.

According to Sky Germany, VfB Stuttgart forward Deniz Undav will also be part of the squad.
