Harry Kane's children "fine" after car crash, confirms spokesperson
On Thursday night, Bild reported that three of Harry Kane's four children were involved in a car accident on Monday, shortly after the Bayern Munich striker landed in London ahead of his side's Champions League quarterfinal first leg against Arsenal.
Fortunately, the three kids are all “fine”, a spokesperson for Kane has confirmed to the BBC:
"They are fine and only went to hospital for a routine check-up."
Bavarian police said a Renault with four people inside was turning into an intersection when it collided with an oncoming Mercedes carrying Kane's children. The Renault then collided with a Land Rover.
A total of nine people were involved and suffered minor injuries, according to Bavarian police.
Local volunteer fire chief Daniel Buck told the BBC that it was "very lucky" that none of the people involved were seriously hurt.
“The cars had a lot of damage - all of the cars. The first thing that we were seeing was a lot of injured people from all the cars,” Buck said, adding:
"The good news was nobody had really strong injuries, more minor injuries, like they have pain in the neck from the head up, normally typical for a car accident.
“Thank God nobody was really injured. It was really lucky for all the people.”
