Speaking ahead of Saturday's Bundesliga clash with FC Köln, BVB coach Marco Rose revealed that the German international has sustained a muscle injury that will keep him out of the upcoming games.

"Emre Can will miss the game due to a muscle injury and will be out until after the international break," said Rose.

In addition, Dortmund will still be without Nico Schulz, Raphael Guerreiro, Erling Haalad, Giovanni Reyna, Marcel Schmelzer, Mateu Morey, Mahmoud Dahoud and Dan-Axel Zagadou.

On the positive side for 'Die Schwarzgelben', Youssoufa Moukoko will come back into the squad while Donyell Malen should be fit enough to play as well.
