Kohfeldt infected with COVID-19

Wolfsburg coach Florian Kohfeldt has tested positive for COVID-19.
VfL Wolfsburg will be without head coach Florian Kohfeldt in the coming days.

In a statement on Tuesday, the club have confirmed that Kohfeldt returned a positive COVID-19 test yesterday.

Assistant coach Vincent Heilmann will take charge of the team until further notice.

Wolfsburg have also announced that Michael Frontzeck, another member of the coaching staff, will be unavailable for the rest of the season after undergoing a face operation.
