Köln suspend Ondrej Duda
Ondrej Duda has been suspended by FC Köln for disciplinary reasons.
FC Köln will approach the final phase of the season without Ondrej Duda, as he has been suspended by the club.
The 27-year-old Slovakian midfielder was suspended from training on Sunday morning, with the Bundesliga club announcing:
"He has put his interests above the concerns of the team and will train individually until further notice."
According to the Express, Duda has fallen out of favor after expressing his frustration over his current role as a substitute.
After playing just 11 minutes against Gladbach last week, Duda was an unused substitute against Arminia Bielefeld yesterday.
A summer transfer is now likely to be on the cards for the attacking midfielder, who was linked with Genoa in January.
