Keller confirms Mark Uth needs surgery, provides transfer update on Ehizibue

Mark Uth faces another 3-4 weeks on the sidelines, as he needs to go under the knife, Köln boss Christian Keller has announced. Keller also admitted that Kingsley Ehizibue is considering an offer from Italy.
FC Köln managing director for sport Christian Keller has revealed that Mark Uth is expected to be sidelined for at least three weeks more.

Uth has missed all three of Köln's Bundesliga games this season due to pubic bone problems and will not be returning anytime soon, as he now needs surgery to fix the injury.

"We assume that he will be out for another three to four weeks," Keller told reporters today.

The Köln boss also provided an update on Kingsley Ehizibue, who is considering whether to stay or join Italian Serie A side Udinese.

"He looked around in Italy yesterday. We'll wait and see," said Keller.
