The rumored transfer of Dutch striker Joshua Zirkzee from FC Bayern München to Bologna F.C. is through. The 21-year-old will join the Serie A outfit on a new contract as part of a straight transfer. While the German record champions will receive the reported upon €8.5 million base transfer fee, Bayern have also announced that they've build a buy-back option into the deal.

According to Sky Germany, the buyback clause gives Bayern the first right of refusal should Bologna wish to sell Zirkzee. If Bayern declines, there is a whopping 50% collect for the FCB on a re-sale. Additionally, Bayern receives extra cash bonuses upon the youngster's 25th competitive appearance within his new side.

Sky even reports that, in something very rare for a transfer arrangement, Bayern will get paid a handsome sum for every appearance after the 25th deployment. There is no independent verification of this special clause at this time and certainly no way of knowing whether Sky's sensational claim that the FCB will receive €1 million for every appearance.
