Muani thanks Eintracht fans for sweet serenade

A brace for French budding French superstar Randal Kolo Muani led to a very special serenade from the Eintracht Frankfurt FanKurve. The Bundesliga's latest gem thanked the fans afterwards.
Randal Kolo Muani's dream season continues. A converted penalty and another spectacular finish from the 24-year-old newly rising French superstar enabled the former Nantes academy man to complete his first Bundesliga brace in Eintracht's 3-0 win over Hertha BSC on Saturday. Muani has now netted nine goals and registered an incredible 13 assists in 18 appearances for the SGE across all competitions this season.

The Frankfurt ultras spontaneously opted to serenade Muani off the pitch with a new version of a classic chant. The famous cheer originally invented to honor Touré brothers Yaya and Kolo greeted Muani as he was subbed off in the 84th. "Muani" was substituted at the end of the refrain. The striker made clear afterwards that he recognized the famous English footballing (coopted for darts later) song and thanked the fans.

"It was a great feeling when the fans dedicated a song to me for the first time," Muani noted in a club statement afterwards, "I'll keep working hard to make it happen again."

Kolo was given the customary honor honor of leading the team's visit to the Kurve as well. The Frenchman took the opportunity to pay the ultras back with an interesting dance.
